Official rules
Official Rules include planned entry methods, prize odds, eligibility requirements, and redemption terms for the xo, Fetti Lucky Girl Jackpot Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
xo, Fetti Lucky Girl Jackpot Sweepstakes is sponsored by xo, Fetti, 835 Wheeler Way Langhorne PA 19047.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors, agents, affiliates, promotion partners, and agencies of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins when eligible promotional cards are first distributed and remains open through July 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or as otherwise stated in the applicable promotional materials. The official redemption deadline for all eligible prizes is July 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET.
4. How To Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Purchase or card entry: Eligible customers may receive a physical promotional scratch card in an eligible xo, Fetti package. Follow the instructions on the card and on the Sweepstakes page to reveal, redeem, or claim the prize shown.
Free online entry: To enter without purchase, complete the Lucky Girl Jackpot online entry form with your name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, required eligibility confirmations, and CAPTCHA. The free online entry method uses the same odds as the physical card method.
5. Entry Limit
Limit one entry per person, email address, and mailing address per day, regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted through automated, bulk, fraudulent, incomplete, or deceptive methods, or submitted on behalf of another person, may be disqualified.
6. Prizes and Odds
The following prize tiers and odds are based on the current promotional plan and must be updated if the final printed card count or prize allocation changes.

7. Winner Selection and Verification
Physical card prizes are pre-assigned by the applicable promotional card or code. Online free-entry results are determined by Sponsor's server-side random number generator using odds intended to match the physical card prize allocation. Any on-page scratch, slot, reel, or reveal animation is for entertainment and display only and does not determine the prize.
Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility, mailing address, identity, and compliance with these Official Rules before receiving a prize.
8. Prize Delivery and Redemption
Discount prizes will be displayed on screen and emailed to the entrant for backup. Unless otherwise stated by Sponsor, discount prizes are redeemable only at xofetti.com and must be entered in the discount code field at checkout before the redemption deadline.
Golden prizes or other higher-value prizes may be delivered by email, account credit, mailed prize, or another method determined by Sponsor after verification.
9. Prize Terms
Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Discount codes may not be combined with other discounts unless Sponsor expressly permits it. Lost, stolen, expired, already-used, or improperly redeemed codes may not be replaced.
10. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use. Sponsor may request tax documentation if required by law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state, prize information, and related content for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and, only with consent, send marketing communications. Personal information will be handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or deceptively, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other causes impair the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
14. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, agencies, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize.
15. Disputes and Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes will be resolved according to the laws and jurisdiction approved for Sponsor's final Official Rules. This section should be finalized by promotions counsel before launch.
