Shipping to Canada:
We do not offer free shipping to Canada. Customers are responsible for all shipping + duty related expenses. We offer shipments to Canada via UPS and USPS. UPS shipments take 2-14 days to arrive depending on the type of shipping selected and duty is always covered by the customer. USPS shipments take 7-21 days and duty is included in the shipping cost.
Where does xo, Fetti ship?
Currently, we only ship to the 50 US States and Canada. However, if you are an international customer looking to place an order - please email hello@xofetti.com with your desired order and address details. We will do what we can to accommodate your request 🥰

How long will it take to ship to Hawaii + Alaska?
Normally, it takes 9-11 business days.
My tracking isn't working.
Tracking numbers can take 12-24 hours to register with the carrier. So if you just got an email with tracking, chances are it will begin tracking within a few hours! If you're tracking number doesn't update within 24 hours, send us an email at hello@xofetti.com 👋
