Banner letters are 4-7 inches tall and the card stock is 300 gsm.
If you would like your banner to be hung on two strings, please include this in the personalization box.
If your banner is longer than 18 characters, we will automatically make your banner two lines as this will look best :)
Pre-strung = assembled with string and ready to hang
DIY(String it Yourself) = banner will come with string and letters that have pre-cut holes to string the banner.
Please allow 2 business days for your banner to be made. Once shipped, our standard shipping takes 5-7 days and our expedited shipping takes 2-3 days.

Everything is cute, but my disco balls arrived damaged since they were shipped in a bubble mailer rather than a box. Their support was quick to respond, but it was too late to send replacements.
