i paid extra to get the 2 day expedited shipping and it got lost in the mail customer service took forever to reply and by the time they reshipped it and it got delivered it was 2 weeks after my initial order and got delivered to me once i had already left for my trip. i do not recommend buying from this company at all. they are now making me return it, taking time away from my work week to take it to usps and print it out in order for me to get my refund even though this was all their mistake. don’t buy from their website and if you do like their items buy it from amazon.
