i'm only giving this 4 stars because I did't realize this wouldn't be long enough to hang behind my Giving Aquarius banner. It would have worked great if I would have bought two. Instead I used it near the cake set up and it was cute!

The strands were much thicker and sturdier than traditional banners. We were able to re-use it again
